On 120 acres in Princeton Minnesota, Greenscape grows some of the thickest, greenest sod in the Midwest. We start with rich peat and black soil for light sod with sturdy roots. Then we sow a blend of top quality, hardy seeds to grow Kentucky bluegrass, known for its rich color, drought tolerance, and low growth for less frequent mowing.

In the end, your Greenscape GreenTurf TM lawn will be green, lush, and barefoot friendly.

Greenscape makes installation convenient and easy too:

• Pick up—at either our Elk River or Princeton locations for self-installation
• Delivery—we come to your site and unload your GreenTurf TM sod at your desired location
• Installation— our experienced crew delivers and installs your GreenTurf TM sod for you with professional equipment

Rolls are available in 2ft.x 5ft. size for smaller areas laid by hand, or 2.5ft. x 50ft. sizes for large areas laid by machine.

Growing Alternatives

Greenscape offers several alternatives to sod:

• Seeding—less expensive than sod, seeding is an effective alternative if you have more time, but a tighter budget.
• Hydro seeding—another affordable option, hydro seeding combines water, mulch, seed and fertilizer for a faster germination time than seeding.
